Model Left-located steering wheel,driving/steering type is 6*4*2 In which 2nd and 3rd axles are for driving,1st axle is for steering. Frame It is designed and manufactured by SITONG with full covered walking surface,optimized structure design,anti-torsion box structure.It is made of high strength steel. Transmission Mechanical control,eight-gear transmission with synchronizer. Clutch Dry and pushing type Steering Mechanical steering system has hydraulic boosting devices. Axle Three-axle chassis with 2nd and 3rd driving and 1st steering,high-strength axle. 1st axle:single tire,driven axle involves in steering 2nd axle:double tires,drive axle does not involve in steering 3rd axle:double tires,drive axle does not involve in steering Drive shaft Cross serrated flange is adopted for connecting of drive shafts,so transmission torque is enlarged and power transmission is optimized.Consequently smooth and reliable transmission can be gained. Suspension Front suspension:longitudinal leaf spring,with barrel Shock Absorber. Rear suspension:Rubber suspension with V-Shaped thrust rod is light and fix position rightly,It is free from maintenance and convenient for repairing. Braking system Service brake:Pedal operated double-circuit air pressure brake. The first alxe is disk brake and 2nd ,3rd are drum brake.The first circuit acts on wheels of axle 1: the second circuit acts on wheels of axles 2 and 3. Parking brake:air-release brake,acting on axles 2 and 3 by spring energy storing air chamber on each axle: Auxiliary brake:engine exhaust brake and retarding brake in engine cylinder.
